Trew Collections Returns & Exchange Policy

We understand not all purchases are right for you. If your return is approved, we’ll issue a credit note valid for 3 years once we receive your item. Return requests must be made within 72 hours of receiving your order, and the item must be sent back within 14 days. Once we’ve got your return, allow 2-3 business days for processing.

We don’t offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ purchases, and we also don’t refund customers who refuse to pay import duties and taxes.

Refunds are only issued if an item is deemed faulty.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • When trying items on, please take care—returns with makeup stains, marks, or scents of perfume/body odor won’t be accepted.
  • Items must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Trew Collections reserves the right to decline returns that don’t meet these conditions. Items that don’t qualify will be sent back to the customer.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we can’t process returns that don’t reach us.


FAULTY ITEMS

If you’ve received an item that you believe is faulty, email jaketrew@mail.com with clear photos so we can assess the issue and decide the next steps. All faulty items will be reviewed upon return, and faults will be determined at Trew Collections’ discretion. Items that have been worn will not be considered faulty.


COST OF RETURNS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be reimbursed by Trew Collections.


ORGANISING A RETURN

If you meet the return requirements, send your item(s) along with your returns form to the address provided. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

We’re not responsible for returns sent to the wrong address.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGE TIMELINE

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to review your return and issue your credit note. All credit notes will be sent via email, so make sure your email address is correct.
