Shipping policy

Trew Collections Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

• Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate (estimated delivery 3-7 business days)

• Express Shipping: $15 flat rate (estimated delivery 1-3 business days)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently do not offer international shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for shipping delays once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Trew Collections is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for assistance.
